Refund policy

Exchanges (if applicable)

You may only exchange your items for one or more similar or different items available on our website.

Under no circumstances will a refund be issued. Exchanges are only accepted for another product or size (subject to availability) of the same or higher value.

If 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items:

• Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

• Any item returned more than 15 days after delivery.

Defective items (if applicable)

We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. You must notify us of the condition of the item on the same day or the day after delivery to your address.

Return shipping

When returning an item, the buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

When sending a returned item, you must use a trackable or certified shipping service, or purchase shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee an exchange if we do not receive the returned package

The cost of shipping the replacement product will be covered by KAVRA DE FORMENTERA, provided that the shipment is within Spain or Europe and that the customer did not benefit from a Free Shipping promotion on the original purchase.
